Registration [R.M.P.(A.M)]
(Registered Medical Practitioner)

ELIGIBILITY: Candidates who have completed a Diploma/Degree course from any authentic Institution or possess at least five years experience in Alternative Medicines can apply for Registration. [(R.M.P.(A.M)]

REQUIREMENTS: (a) Six Copies of passport size Photographs (b) One Experience Certificate of at least 5 years or the Xerox Copy of the Course Certificate (c) One character Certificate from a responsible person

FEES: Total fees for Registration are US $ 150. Renewal of this Certificate will not be required.

BENEFITS: The Registered Practitioner would be declared a person qualified to practice and shall not be convicted or punished by any Government in India. He/she will also be eligible to issue Medical Certificates. These rights are mentioned on the Registration Certificate also. Besides, further Registration from MCI will not be required as well.

The candidate would get the R.M.P. Certificate within 30 days from the date of receipt of form & fee.

The total Fees should be sent along with photocopies of your qualification certificates (academic qualifications), Experience Certificate, 6 passport size photographs and the filled in form. The draft or cheque should be drawn in the name of "INSTITUTE OF ALTERNATIVE MEDICINES & RESEARCH" payable at Calcutta, India and sent to Institute Of Alternative Medicines & Research, 8A Diamond Harbour Road, South End Trade Centre (2nd Floor), Thakurpukur, Kolkata - 700 063 (West Bengal) India.
